Register
| Important General Information:
- Please add a $10 registration fee to your course fee
(one fee per student per semester). This registration fee is
non-refundable unless your course is cancelled by the school.
- "Health Bundle" discount: Register for any three health
courses simultaneously and receive a $50 discount
from the total tuition. See the Health
Courses page for course descriptions. Please note: You must
register for all three courses at the same time in order to
receive this discount.
- Payment Plans are available for many health career
courses that have tuition costs of over $349. Email
us or telephone 508-759-7711 x4 for details. Payment
plans not available for on-line registrations.

- When you register please provide your telephone number,
full mailing address, and an email address (if applicable)
so that we can send confirmations of your class and effectively
communicate with you about important class information, such
as schedule changes, etc. Your contact information will be kept
confidential and will never be shared with any organization
or individual other than staff in our program.
Ready to register?
Five ways to register:
- On-line
Use this
form using your MasterCard or Visa. Registration requires
the 16-digit account number, 4-digit expiration date, and 3-digit
CID number that appears on the back of your credit card to the
right of the actual account number. Full payment is due with
registration. Please provide an email address so that
we can confirm your registration via email. Your email address
will be kept confidential and never be provided to any organization
or individual other than staff in our program.
- On the telephone
Call 508-759-7711 x211. Have your MasterCard or Visa and the
course name(s) and code(s) ready when you call. Full payment
is due with registration. If you reach voice mail please leave
a message and we will return the call as soon as possible. Please

- In person
At our office at Upper Cape Cod Regional Technical School, 220
Sandwich Road, Bourne, MA, using check, money order, MasterCard
or Visa, or cash. Full payment is due with registration. Please
