COMPLETE HEALTH IMPROVEMENT - The Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) is a premier lifestyle intervention program that has been offered for more than 25 years to target chronic disease. The intervention program has been used in clinical, corporate, and community settings. The benefits of CHIP, as well as its cost-effectiveness, have been documented in more than 25 peer-reviewed publications. Each of the group sessions are run 1-1.5 hours, half of which involves an educational component with the other half focused on group activities, such as cooking demonstrations, physical exercises, and discussion.
