Course Description:

ServSafe is a comprehensive food sanitation training program recognized by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health as meeting the food manager certification requirements. You will learn the principles and practices of food safety to reduce the incidence of food borne illness and to improve food quality. This course is designed for the restaurant and school food service industry. Final exam qualifies you for certification with the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation (NRAEF) and helps put businesses in compliance. Certification is based on a passing grade of 75% plus on the final exam.
