If you have ever seen a quilt and longed to make one of your own this is the class for you. This class will take students step by step; from preparing fabric to binding a finished quilt. Basic sewing skills and a good working machine will be needed. All sewing and cutting will take place in class. A materials list will be mailed upon registration.

Bridge Basics: Bidding and Play Made Simple
Take your game to the next level with this course. You will learn how to communicate effectively with your
partner (at the bridge table, sorry no marriage counseling) and get to the best contract; how to eavesdrop on your opponents’ communication and set their contracts; and how to make the most of your cards by taking all of your tricks, and some of the opponents’ too. We will have a tournament the last session, and after
the class, you will be ready to place at the Cape’s many duplicate clubs.

Drawing & Watercolors
Join us in a creative and accepting atmosphere and discover you can truly draw and paint. Work with pencil, colored pencil and watercolor, and learn techniques of shading, color mixing and portraits. Students will become more visual as they develop powers of observation. Returning students will further develop skills with different subject matter. Bring soft-kneaded gray eraser, #4B pencil, and 14 x 18 inch pad of white drawing paper. All other materials are supplied by the instructor and included in course fee.
