Italian Cuisine Cooking
Would you like to learn the basics of Italian cooking without having to cross the ocean? This course will take students into an Italian kitchen with a hands-on approach to the techniques to prepare fine Italian dishes. Be prepared to enjoy the art of making and then eating creations. The instructor will guide students through the preparation of the traditional courses of an Italian meal. Learn to prepare Antipast (Appetizers), Primi Piatti (first course), Secondi Piatti (second course), Contorni (vegetables and sides), and of course the Dolci (dessert). Take all six classes for $149 plus $60 material fee or register for the classes of your choice.
