This two week course will prepare individuals for the Reading and English and Language Usage portions of the TEAS Exam and provide test taking strategies. Topics covered for the Reading portion include: paragraph and passage comprehension, purposes of writing, structure of writing, and informational source comprehension. Topics covered for the English and Language Usage include: fundamentals of grammar, sentence structure, spelling and punctuation, and commonly misused and misspelled words. The instructor will provide multiple opportunities for practice tests and test review.
