NEW!  Mindful Eating

This mindful eating class will integrate a meditation practice with the science of habits, specifically eating habits.  Why and how we form them and how we can work to change them.  This class is for anyone who finds themselves eating mindlessly, resulting in feeling out of control and unsatiated with their food choices.  This class is for anyone who wants to feel better after leaving the dinner table; Mindful Eating will provide practical tools to take and use anywhere.

Upon completion of this course:

-You will have a full understanding of the principles of mindful eating, mindless eating, self-compassion and body image.

- You will apply the findings from Mindful Eating research and resources to create a Mindful Eating plan you can implement on your own time and at your own pace.

- You will work with a supportive group to develop solid mindfulness skills to gain control over your eating enabling you to confidently move forward in achieving your health goals.
