Intermittent Fasting: What is it? Is it right for me?

In this class, we will learn how to control time instead of calories and exactly how to incorporate intermittent fasting into your daily living. Explore which type of fasting is right for you: 16:8, 5:2 or OMAD, while we snack on examples of nutrient-dense foods that can make the transition easy. If you have questions, this is the class to bring them to! You will learn if intermittent fasting is right for you and if it is, how to incorporate the program instantly when you leave.

FEE: $10 materials fee payable to the instructor.

INSTRUCTOR: Mazie Hollenbaugh is a Nutritionist and a Wellness Educator who has been teaching holistic health classes for more than 15 years. Using Yoga and MBSR along with mindful eating & plant-based cooking. Students will leave with a full belly, full mind, and energized spirit.
