Learn to cook favorite New Orleans dishes such as Jambalaya, dirty rice, red beans and rice with smoked sausage, chicken andouille gumbo, sautéed shrimp PoBoy and warm bread pudding with whiskey sauce.  Instructor:  Chef Colby Rottler.
